Ingredients

1 lb salmon fillet, cut into 4 portions
1 tbsp white miso
1 tbsp honey

Instructions

Stir together the miso, honey, soy sauce, and sesame oil until smooth. Spoon half over the salmon while the broiler heats.

Broil the salmon on a lined tray for 7 to 9 minutes, brushing with the rest of the glaze near the end.
