8 oz paneer, crumbled
4 cups baby spinach
Instructions

Cook the onion in a little oil until soft, then add the garlic and garam masala and toast for 30 seconds.

Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted. Squeeze out extra moisture so the flatbreads stay crisp.
